Consents I commit to paying my club subscriptions on 1st January each year and to observing the Code of Conduct for Members. The Code of Conduct is on the club website. (Parent / Carer) I commit to observing the Code of Conduct for Parents / Carers. Required for applicants under 16. I agree that the club may share my personal data for internal communications and externally for competition purposes, in accordance with the club's Data Protection Policy. I do not wish to be registered with England Athletics. By default the club will register you with England Athletics so you can compete in club teams.
